New App! Introducing Pic Collage for Kids

We’re excited to announce Pic Collage for Kids, THE safest, most fun collage app available. Perfect for elementary and middle schoolers, Pic Collage for Kids offers over 80 awesome backgrounds, hundreds of free stickers, and tons of fun fonts. Easily create amazing collages and save to the photo gallery, or send them by email or text message.

We created PicCollage for Kids as an alternative to the main PicCollage app, and as a way for parents, teachers and children to enjoy the collage editing experience in an age-appropriate environment – an environment free of the distraction of social features or features that require access to unfiltered Internet. For the main PicCollage app, we recently changed the age rating from 4+ to 12+ since a small portion of user-generated content might not be appropriate for younger users. So, for users 12 and under, we recommend PicCollage for Kids.  All of the awesome features of Pic Collage, in a safe fun environment.

Download the app today and tell us how you use Pic Collage for Kids! (And check out how one teacher uses PicCollage in class.)

  1. I think this is a good idea because it lets younger kids have a chance to make collages. What I do think it should have though is an easier way to make collages. Then it will be easier for younger kids to make collages.

  2. If u don’t want to download a whole new app u can just keep PicCollage and just go to settings and disable the social features

  3. I really love how all it is that it’s your art and you thought of it first so I love it it’s wonderful and bright colors

  4. Amazingly collages wow!!!!!!! 💖💖💖💖💖💖✨✨✨✨✨✨🍰🍰🍰🍰🍰🍰💌💌💌💌😹😹😹❤️❤️❤️🌸🌸🌸🍪🍪🍪💍💍🌷🌷🌷📱📱📱📱📱📱📱📱📱🎧🎧🎧🎧🎧🎧

  5. This is a good idea, except one thing.Kids should totally have an experience to do this too,and it is a great artistic and visual thing for them. But let’s just say just because it’s for ‘kids’ ,that doesn’t fully mean only kids will be on there..

  6. I think it is a great choice for kids. Kids can go make collages for a project, or just for fun. I am glad pic collage makers finally realized all the bad words, actions, and cyber bullying that is happening in the regular PicCollage. Kids might be on and see a bad word and start saying it to children and maybe even adults.Who’s with me?
Kids under 12 can finally have fun while being safe and away from social media.

    1. If you like PicCollage and use the social features, we recommend keeping it. PicCollage for Kids is a great option for schools or for users who are too young to use the social features. How this helps!

  7. Agreed my sister wants pic collage but she is too young so I think it is a great idea

  8. Hi. I suggest you make a setting for the snipping tool do a border cut and give the option to do it yourself.
    Thanks for listening!

  9. My children love pic collage for kids but I do not like that the are following people they do not know and vice versa. Is it possible for them to only follow and be followed by people they know? Is there a way to make their account private so that someone has to ask permission to follow them?

  10. OMG I love it! I am only a beginner bug one day I plan to bd as good as you!!😃😉😜😍

  11. The web images feature is blocked in my district (using Pic Collage Kids). Please post the IP address/where the images are coming from so that I may ask the IT dept. to unblock this feature for the students. Thanks.

  12. The web images are suddenly not appropriate. My students searched for “thing” today and there were pictures of two women kissing while nude, as well as a picture of a woman grabbing a man’s private area. Simple words like sing, song, cat, dog, and hang had no images. We used this to make word sort collages last week with no problems, so I’m afraid someone has hacked your system.

      1. Will you please post when it has been fixed? We searched for rake today and found pictures of naked women. 🙁 We love this app, but I’m afraid I’m going to need to delete it from all of our iPads so my students don’t stumble across naked people anymore.
