January 2022 Calendar – Ring In The New Year With These Designs

Can you believe it’s almost 2022?! We’re still in shock ourselves, but we’re getting ready to ring in the new year and making sure we have a list of celebration-worthy events on the calendar in January. Three Kings Day – January 6th

Celebrated annually on January 6th, Three Kings Day is a Christian feast day that is also known as Epiphany and Theophany. Epiphany is celebrated by both the Eastern and Western Churches, but there is a difference in which events the feast commemorates. For Western Christians, it celebrates the coming of the Magi, while in Eastern churches it commemorates the Baptism of Christ in the Jordan. Tap below to check out our Three Kings Day templates!


Martin Luther King Day – January 17th

Each year on the third Thursday of January, Americans celebrate the life and achievements of influential American civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. (January 15). Tap below to create a collage to celebrate, or check out some of his most inspirational quotes here.


National Hugging Day – January 21st

Lunar New Year – January 31st

One of the most celebrated holidays in Asian culture is the Lunar New Year, also called the Spring Festival. Based on the argicultural calendar, it marks the transition from winter to spring. While Lunar New Year starts on February 1st this year, many families gather together on Lunar New Year Eve for a big feast, so the celebrations will begin in January!
