Hi I have a question when I go to explore u see these cool edits and some of them have a nice cut out picture with no messed up lines and I know that you use the scissor tool but then there is a white border to the cutout and sexing question is in some cutouts it’s outlined in like and type of glittery market type thing could you help me maybe I would appreciate it!
